Intel has been losing market share to AMD due to several factors. AMD's Ryzen processors, with their efficient Zen architecture, outperform Intel in both performance and value. Intel faced delays with its 10nm and 7nm chips, while AMD moved ahead with TSMC's 7nm and 5nm technology. AMD's EPYC processors have also gained traction in the server market, offering more cores and better efficiency than Intel's Xeon chips. Additionally, AMD’s stock has surged as a result of its market success. Intel was further impacted by Apple’s move from Intel to its own M-series chips for Macs.
