Raising Up for Ascension-An Andomedan Transmission

I did this live channelling to get some insight as to what lies ahead for us Humans. I get the feeling that this is within the next year or thereabouts. Its not the first time we have been told about no longer needing food and my Innerstanding is that this will come after The Flash. It is important that we keep our feet on the ground through these processes but allow our Conscious Self to Raise where it naturally needs to be.
