Citrus Zest & Herb Bliss: Transform Your Pizza with Marinated Fish
This marinade infuses the fish with bold flavors and a citrusy tang that balances out the richness of the pizza.

It’s not just about the juice, the zest adds an extra burst of citrus flavor that really makes the fish pop.
Next we have our pizza dough.
You can make this from scratch or use a pre made one for convenience.
Now instead of the usual tomato base, we're going to lightly brush the dough with olive oil.
This creates a crispy golden crust that complements the fish beautifully.
After the olive oil, we'll place our marinated fish fillets on top.
The fish will cook quickly in the oven, so make sure to spread it out evenly for that perfect bite of fish in every slice.
Now comes my favorite part.
Fresh herbs.
We’re using a mix of parsley, mint and a little coriander for that fresh, vibrant finish.
