Intel Update - October 19 - Paperwork and Drones

Hey everyone, this week I thought it would be a bit helpful to dive in to a somewhat controversial Pentagon policy changes and a few hair-brained theories as well. It's been a week of panic regarding the changes to one DoD policy, or so it seems on the internet, so I thought tackling this one was worth a bit more time. Of course, I could be wrong as always, but at the end of the day it's just a case of risk management. Some will be more concerned than others, but overall there's really no sugarcoating these policy changes.
