Pointless $5 PTL Modded Otis Hydraulic Elevator - Best Western Plus I-385 (Greenville, SC)

This elevator serves a hidden part of the hotel. It was an Otis with Series 1 and it was pointlessly $5 Modded by a "Junk-Neric" company with PTL. This mod was a waste of money as it does not run any better than the other Otis here, which is still original mind you. So what was the point of this shit mod?
