Cooking Omelets Outside on a Folding Alcohol Stove

No double-burner camp stove? No Problem. Bundle two single-burner folding stoves together on a small cookie sheet. This rig worked great for making Omelets and Pancakes on my previous campout. The small Dollar Store Cookie Sheet turned out to be the perfect size to hold two folding stoves together without them sliding around. A sheet of Aluminum Foil made a good wind screen and also served as a lid to hold the heat in for cooking the eggs with a very small amount of Alcohol Fuel. The Foldup Square Backpacking Skillet was a bit pricey at the sporting goods store, but I found it worth the splurge for being lightweight, non-stick, and keeps the food from falling off into the fire.
