FPL Subcontractors Cheating Floridians, Blocking Roadway, & Disrupting Neighborhoods - Rotated

These subcontractors are cheating counties out of revenues by not renting commercial lots to park and stage their heavy equipment. Instead, they are renting AirBNB/VRBO houses in quiet neighborhoods, and parking 4 or 5 trucks w/ trailers and heavy equipment illegally to pocket the savings, residents be damned.
