Busted water main, thousands of Dollars.

If money talks , mine say goodbye weldy, hello planned obsolescence. ALL THIS TECHNOLOGY AND WE STILL CANT MAKE PIPES THAT DON'T ROT? I just dont believe it. The day after this repair was made 3 streets down the water main broke, so most of the day yesterday we were without water because the city pipe busted upstream about a 16th of a mile from our house. YOU SEE A PATTERN HERE?
