Once a year in 'Washington, D.C., the famous third Infantry Regiment- The Old Guard - combines with the United States Army Band to present to the public a pageant of military skills and colorful traditions. Today's THE BIG PICTURE cameras take you onto the scene and present "Prelude to Taps."
