Cyclones Take Center Stage

Iowa State stands alone in terms of athletic dominance across the board. They are the only school with a top 10 team in football, men's basketball, and women's basketball, and that's only the beginning of the story as the Cyclones place themselves at the top of every discussion for the 2024-25 athletic year.

Cyclone football is off to their first 6-0 start since 1938 after a solid performance in Morgantown against the Mountaineers in prime time, marking this team's seventh consecutive road win and firmly establishing a spot in the discussion for the Big 12 Championship game and a spot in the College Football Playoff

Iowa State volleyball has not been off to anywhere near as stellar of a start of conference play as injuries and illness plague the team. Elite outside hitter Nayeli Gonzalez is out for the year, and Maya Duckworth and Pam McCune haven't played in two weeks. The depleted roster needs help, and it needs a win against a weak Texas Tech team.
