Step 1: Power On
Activate the power switch.
Look for the indicator light indicating that the machine is ready.

Step 2: Set Controls According to Your Needs
Adjust the settings to suit the material:
Temperature: Set according to the thickness and type of plastic.
Speed: Faster for light materials, slower for heavy ones.
Cooling Time: Set as needed for a strong seal.

Step 3: Take the Product You Want to Seal
Insert your product into the Plastic bag, and keep some space for sealing at the top.

Step 4: Put the Product into the Machine
Insert the bag into the band sealer through the open end.
Properly connect it to make sure the seal is uniform.
The conveyor will pass the bag through, sealing it as it moves along.

Step 5: Tadaaa! Your Product is Ready
The finished bag has a perfect, professional seal.
Examine the strength of the seal and make necessary adjustments if needed.
