New lawsuit claiming voter fraud seeks to invalidate Florida's abortion amendment

There is a new last-ditch effort to invalidate the abortion ballot measure in Florida as anti-abortion rights advocates have filed a new lawsuit claiming "widespread voter fraud" with Amendment 4.

"When all fictitious, forged, illegally obtained, or otherwise invalid signatures are removed from consideration, Amendment 4 failed to reach the constitutionally required number of signatures for ballot placement,” the complaint filed in multiple jurisdictions said.

The group behind “Vote Yes on 4,” Floridians Protecting Freedom, denies any wrongdoing. .....
