Hi, I’m Michael Feehan. I help people navigate the challenges of living with chronic conditions, specifically Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS). My mission is to empower individuals to rethink their approach to health, well-being, and personal growth in the face of this complex condition. By shifting the focus from simply managing pain to co-creating a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle, I aim to instill a sense of hope and possibility. I believe there's #NoProblemTooBig to face when you're equipped with the right mindset and support.

My work emphasizes education, mentorship, and systemic methods to help people with AS take control of their futures, ensuring they can lead lives that are both active and meaningful. Whether it's through better understanding the condition or finding creative ways to improve mobility and strength, I encourage people to stand strong for what they believe in and advocate for their own health.

Although I am not a practitioner but a sufferer of the condition I simply want to just share my journey, knowledge and experience. Over the years, I’ve developed some unique strategies for addressing the physical and emotional challenges that come with AS. Through my videos, I help encourage individuals towards a path of resilience and self-determination.
I currently am working a strong health maintenance program at Sage Active Clinic Brighton which is helping me live a better quality of life.
