War Pigs by Black Sabbath ~ The Satanic Canaanites are the Face of Evil

War Pigs is the First Track from Black Sabbath's 2nd Album, Paranoid, which is one of the Best, Most Important albums ever to be released...

The Song was originally titled Walpurgis by Geezer Butler, Black Sabbath's Bassist and principal lyricist, but was changed before the album went to Pressing, as the label felt that the Title made the Song too directly about Satanism, and would make the Band a number of Enemies, of which it did, with or without the Walpurgis Title...

Geezer Butler said the Song was an attempt to put a FACE to Pure Evil, which existed on Earth and he felt was overtaking Christ's Message of Peace and Purity...

'It wasn't an Anti-Government or War Song, it was an Anti-Evil Song, which seemed to be running rampant across the Earth...'

And this is a Key Point about this Song and the Band, Black Sabbath, by constantly Calling out Evil and exposing what was Wrong about this World we Live in, on a Consistent Basis, and likely because they were classified as a Heavy Metal Band (which they weren't, just a No-Holds Barred, Great Rock and Roll Band) that had long hair and used Black Lettering for their Logo, they were tragically, and unfairly labelled a Satanic Band, when in fact, if ANYONE simply Walked a Mile in the Band's Shoes, by reading the lyrics to their Songs, it was CLEAR that they Loved God and Followed Jesus Christ, hence, the Heavily used theme of Crosses with all of their Live Shows, and even with their Album Art...

OZZY OSBOURNE once said that it was nothing short of Amazing how the Band couldn't seem to shake their 'Reputation' as a Satanic Band, when their Albums were so Blatant Attacks against Satanism, and a Call to return to Teachings of Jesus Christ...

Every member of the Band were open Followers of Jesus Christ, and most wore Crosses for their public appearances and Live shows, in the Hopes that People would begin to See that their message was Good by EXPOSING EVIL...

And this is where most of the World is at with their Beliefs, even to this day, as even MOST of the so-called 'Truth Community' believes as well, that ANYONE who reveals Darkness and Evil MUST be Evil themselves...

Which again, is Sad beyond Belief, but what is even worse is how so many will SHARE THEIR OPINIONS PUBLICLY, having No Clue whether they are actually Right or Wrong in their Beliefs, and will vilify People and Groups based up Rumors that they 'heard' from others, which seem to be accepted by the Majority of People...and what have ALL of the Most Brilliant Minds from History told us about when we find our Thoughts in alignment with the Vast Majority??? Well, perhaps Mark Twain said it best...

'Whenever you Find yourself on the Side of the Majority, it is time to PAUSE and REFLECT...'
