Given the foregoing, I’m now calling your attention to a law you MUST uphold.
Said law is the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).

It is a state law enacted on June 18, 2023, and effective as of July 1, 2024.

The law regulates how businesses collect, use, store, sell, share, analyze, or process personal data of Texas consumers.

Given the State of Texas/STATE OF TEXAS (Texas, State of), the COUNTY OF COMAL and municipality of NEW BRAUNFELS are all corporations (D&B reports to be presented), businesses, and I’m a consumer, per the Texas Data Privacy And Security Act, I have a right to have my personal, private, sensitive data provided by or obtained about me, deleted, expunged, and or permanently removed from ANY AND ALL State of Texas/STATE OF TEXAS (Texas, State of), COMAL COUNTY, NEW BRAUNFELS system(s).

Mr. Paxton, as Attorney General, you are accountable for the enforcement of the Texas Data Privacy And Security Act. “The Texas Attorney General has exclusive authority to enforce the provisions of the TDPSA. Complaints regarding a specific business’s privacy practices should be directed to the Office of the Attorney General.”

I’m herein demanding you purge ALL my personal, private, sensitive data from ANY storage system/database utilized by the State of Texas/STATE OF TEXAS (a.k.a. Texas, State of), COMAL COUNTY (COUNTY OF COMAL), and NEW BRAUNFELS MUNICIPAL COURT.

Examples of such data are race, age, height, weight, hair and eye color, finger prints, photographs, social security number(s), descriptions and domicile address, all used to “uniquely identify” me.

Per SECTION 2.  Title 11, Business & Commerce Code, SUBTITLE C. CONSUMER DATA PROTECTION, Chapter 541 CONSUMER DATA PROTECTION, I have the right to demand the purge/deletion of my data, provided by me or obtained about me, and the recipient of said request/demand must comply with the request/demand.

I further have the right to opt out of the processing of my personal data for the purposes of profiling me related to producing a legal or similar effect.

The recipient of the “opt out” request/demand must comply with said request/demand, and respond to me without undue delay.

Further, the Privacy Act of 1974 (Pub. L. 93-579, 88 Stat. 1896, enacted December 31, 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a) is a United States federal law that establishes a Code of Fair Information Practice governing the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of personally identifiable information about individuals maintained in systems of records, the Privacy Act defines the term "system of records" means a group of any records under the control of any agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual.
