Feb 16 2022 Whitney Welch Terminates Mark Adams (after admitting to coordinated career sabotage)

On February 16, 2022 Whitney Welch called Mark Adams to terminate his employment with Dal-tile. Rob Gore, Mohawk Industries HR, was also on this call.

Whitney Welch several bizarre allegations during this phone call. These, of course, were in direct contrast to her phone call with me on Feb. 8, 2022 (audio posted on this channel).

These were Whitney Welch's intentional lies/fabrications:

1) Salesforce activity "not quite there"!
2) The opportunities closed/won
3) The utilization of our CRM
4) The customer communication situation with the sample error last week and the customer's response back
5) an unprofessional conversation with a teammate (this should be interesting!)

So, what could have possibly changed so drastically between Feb. 8 and Feb. 16 resulting in an immediate termination?!

And, what about that 'phone call with a colleague"?!

Curiously Whitney Welch and Rob Gore left numbers 4 & 5 off of the official reasons for termination. I wonder why?!

FWIW, numbers 1, 2 and 3 were introduced as 'fabrications' as this was a very easy data manipulation as soon as I was out of their computer system. I wonder if there is a way to demonstrate Whitney's lies?!
