Through my past experience in the past couple of months trading NFT's I've learned a lot of things like the fact that you could lose a lot of money if the value or floor price of an NFT project drops, which could easily happen overnight.

In my opinion it's important to be extremely cautious with which projects you decide to invest into, there's many out there that may look great and even have a lot of hype to them but that doesn't mean that they will be successful. Many projects are using a strategy of building up hype to a project to make it look like it will "go to the moon" by giving the investors the FOMO (fear of missing out).
