Meet the Homeless - Doug

Meet Doug. One of the many homeless in the United States. I had an encounter with this man for the way he harassed my wife earlier in the day. I decided to meet him and talk about Jesus. Doug already knew who Jesus is but his battle with mental illness and alcoholism is holding him back. You can see from the conversations progressions in and out of delusions. Our homeless are suffering from mental illnesses, addiction and can even be dangerously unpredictable.

There are minimal edits in the video for various reasons. At on point a passerby asked for directions and even gave Doug a sleeping bag. I edited this encounter since I didn’t have permission to film the passerby.
