"Spanked"

This is my daughter talking about getting raped in the language she knows. She has been talking about this for 6 months now, saying the same thing{grandma was gone and boys just denied it when she told}.

CPS refuses to look at video, They say my claims are unfounded. Police have had this since Oct 2nd.
