Thoughts on the 'Natural' Process of our Honey Harvest.

For us, 'It's More than Honey'. It's about encouraging our local honeybee colonies in their natural way of surviving. We don't ever want to mass produce honey at the expense of our honeybees. Some years we are blessed with more honey than others. We're happy with what the honeybees produce always hopeful they have enough to survive the winter first.
