This video is the Immune Boosting Recipe that has been recently backed by the science community that the ingredients do in fact boost your immune system. You can pick from the three recipes below. Recipe 1: Immune Boosting Honey with Garlic, Ginger, and Turmeric

6 cloves garlic, peeled

6 inches fresh ginger, peeled

3 inches fresh turmeric, peeled

16 ounces raw honey

Combine the garlic, ginger, and turmeric in a clean jar. Pour in the honey, leaving about an inch at the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 weeks. Take 1-2 teaspoons daily as needed.

Recipe 2: Ginger Lemon Garlic Honey Immune Boosting Tonic

2 small lemons, cut into large chunks

½ cup fresh ginger, peeled and cut into chunks

½ cup fresh garlic cloves, peeled

½ cup raw honey

Blend all ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Take 1-2 tablespoons daily as needed.

Recipe 3: Immune Boosting Shot Recipe (Ginger, Lemon, Garlic, Honey)

½ cup warm water

2-3 teaspoons raw manuka honey

¼ inch organic fresh ginger root, grated

½ teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar

Juice of 1 medium lemon

Tiny pinch (1/8 tsp) turmeric

Tiny pinch (1/16 tsp) black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until the honey is dissolved. Taste and adjust as needed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Take 1-2 ounces daily as needed.
