Black Smoke from Industrial Fire at Recycling Center Near Rogers, Arkansas Airport

This is where I stopped to consider turning around and going back the other way. It looked very ominous from this angle and even blocked out the sun. It looked to me like the smoke was going straight up, so I kept on going to try and get home from there. Bad move since I ended up getting stuck in a terrible traffic jam right underneath it. Thankfully, I eventually made it out of there and didn't pull off the Highway again until just a few miles from home. It was still visible in the sky from many miles away.
