Sky's Stuart Ramsay tells the story of Hind Rajab, a five-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed with her family as she tried to flee fighting in Gaza.
The family's car was attacked, killing the adults inside.
Hind and her 15-year-old cousin survived, before the vehicle was attacked again.
An ambulance that went to help the girls was also attacked, killing two paramedics.
Israel denied its military was in the area, but a Sky News investigation tells a different story.
