Tonight we are talking about our LIVES and what STORIES we tell about ourselves. Are we a VICTOR or VICTIM in the story?

PROPHECY: The Door to the PAST is CLOSED and LOCKED Shut

3 Pieces of WISDOM
1. Romans 8:28 “What is something GOOD that came out of what happened to you?”
This is how we flip something from victim to victor. Did you get a better job? Did you meet your spouse? Did you meet a best friend? Did you become a Christian?

2. Learn as much as you can from the TRIAL that happened so that you can HELP someone else. 2 Corinthians 1:4
He comforts us when we are in trouble, so that we can share this same comfort with others in trouble.

3. What is your TESTIMONY from what happened?
What did GOD do for you? Are you healed? Delivered? How did it work out?

Proverbs 29:26
“Many seek the face of a ruler, but it is from the Lord that a man gets justice.”

Jeremiah 30:17
“But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord, because they have called you an outcast, ‘Zion for whom no one cares.’”

Romans 8:31-39 NIV More Than Conquerors
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 NIV
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
