Angels around the Lands

Among shadows, I found peace while physically walking alone,
A heart in pieces, turned to stone.
The weight of pain, a heavy shroud,
Innocence lost, beneath the crowd.
The nights I stumbled, trust betrayed,
Slaughtering demons metaphysically to expose and weaken their physicality, choices made.
Behind those bars, you were the light,
Through flickering dreams that try to haunt the night.

But oh, on that special night,
I saw a spark, so warm, so bright.
It started out falling in love with the cascading lights in the park,
then meeting people whose auras was stark.
Among the chaos, anxiety's churn,
I found a flame, a love to yearn.
She was guarded by Valkyries with wings showing grace,
In a fleeting moment, your heart embraced, a feeling worth the chase.

Through poisoned words and whispers cold,
We face the world, both brave and bold.
But in the distance, an aura appeared,
A smile with humor so genuine, all doubts disappeared.
The faces faded, the shadows slipped,
One sacred moment, my spirit lifted.
In a dance against those that edit fate, the stars aligned,
A chance encounter, forever entwined.

Oh, on that special night,
With a tap and a glimpse, you presence made everything feel right.
Among my struggles, the pain felt slight,
You turned darkness into light.

A spectacular flower with a root that held true,
In a crowded room, I only saw you.
Daily there are thoughts that recur so few,
Such feelings have never happened, it was new.

I’ll search the skies, through sands of time,
For a glimpse of you, sweet and sublime, Wings that will never be turned from Divine.
In every raindrop, in every sigh,
Your essence lingers, it’ll never die.
Though the world may weigh heavy on our minds with the truth of duality,
Your fleeting presence gave me a glimpse of real sensuality.

You broke a few chains, ignited a fight.
Among the shadows, where I guard Hope with my friend the night,
You healed my soul, you multiplied the light.
A rare spirit, beneath the universes glow,

So here’s to the moments, the laughter, to smite the pain,
To the search and find your meaning in life’s cruel game with a dance of those that design physical fate.
Though losing my way seemed my only art and their only part is groomed hate,
I gained a treasure, the feeling of two souls on a permanent date.
And if we get lost, or if they claimed I fail,
There is no end to the spirit on this over-grown trail.
