Russian Naval Power Made in America? ~ Murmansk Devblog [War Thunder]

What was once the USS Milwaukee (CL-5) became the Murmansk during World War II. It was spoils of war... sort of, as with Italy's surrender, Russia was due some Italian naval vessels. But, those couldn't be delivered. Instead, the US sent the Milwaukee!
