INGREDIENTS ⁣

▪️2 cups oats ⁣
▪️1/3 cup desiccated coconut⁣
▪️1/4 cup pumpkin seeds⁣
▪️1 tbsp chia seeds ⁣
▪️1/3 cup peanut butter ⁣
▪️1/4 cup maple syrup/agave syrup ⁣
▪️2 tbsp coconut oil ⁣

Optional: chocolate chips ⁣

METHOD ⁣

▪️Preheat oven to 160c⁣
▪️Heat the maple syrup, peanut butter and coconut oil together in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is smoothly combined. Remove from the heat and let it cool. ⁣
▪️In a large bowl add all the remaining ingredients. Then add in the peanut butter mixture (ensure cool as it will just melt the chocolate chips). Mix really well.⁣
▪️Pour mixture into a prepared dish. Press the mixture firmly into the tin so it’s tightly packed together. ⁣
▪️Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.⁣
▪️Make sure you wait until the bars have completely cooled before you slice them (you can pop them in the fridge). ⁣
