NON-CITIZENS IN VIRGINA ARE BEING ASKED TO REGISTER TO VOTE

Every citizen pays the taxes and deserves to have their voice heard. Non-citizens don't get that privilege until they become citizens. They're trying to remove 600k off the rolls in VA, and getting sued by the DOJ.
