Land Law Notice to County Sheriff

Below is the letter I wrote, but I changed it a bit so it can be used by others to fill in the areas in brackets to make it your own. I will also add the links to the attachments after the notary block. I wouldn't put those in the letter, however; they are just to help you find them easily so you can print them and include them with your letter. I hope this helps you!

Regarding: Your Notice - Land Law Officially Declared

Dear [Name],

It is my pleasure to officially notify you of a change in your position as Sheriff. As stated in the first attachment, as of October 5th, 2024, Land Law has been declared by our true and unincorporated American Federation. There are nine (9) major changes to your role with this declaration.

I am one of the living people/People on this land and soil of [Co. Name] County, a living [wo]man, domiciling on [City/Town], [State]. I have corrected my political status from ‘U.S. Citizen’ to ‘American State National’, with my home nation being [State]. There are at least [number] others in [Co. Name] County, and these are the People who you can deputize if needed and if they are willing.

This may sound a bit foreign to you, but that is because you have been under a foreign (and incorporated) ‘government’, which is actually a foreign corporation providing governmental services and acting as the ‘American Government’. Pay close attention, as you were personally liable under them, but now, under Land Law, and as Point #2 clearly states, “You are indemnified and hold state immunity.”
