It is important in today's lifestyle that we eat well balanced and nutritious meals at all times and avoid fatty foods and other unhealthy oil based intakes but though we may make such esteemed resolutions it may be difficult to uphold them.
We could be carried away during certain times and take our chances with those yummy foods we sometimes crave for and that could be our misdoing but still there could be remedies for these overzealous temptations by immediately reverting back to sanity and take in good healthy food to counter where we have strayed.
For that we could start with a very good healthy breakfast where most of the day could be held tight together and any unintentional deviations in food habits could be curtailed to a great extent but that said it would not be advisable to eat fatty based foods during the latter part of the day and only have a good healthy breakfast in the morning.
