One of the great aspects of a safe relationship is that you can be vulnerable, where you are able to share the good, but also the challenging aspects of your journey. But within it all, love and grace remain in the picture. But sometimes we want vulnerable connections so bad, we end up sharing vulnerable things in ways that are not helpful, healthy or productive. Today I want to share with you two things that help your discernment when it comes to vulnerable sharing.
