Tasting the Italian Girlfriend Cocktail | Bourbon & Amaretto

Today we're making a view submission known as the Italian Girlfriend. However, it's hard to imagine this going wrong, a drink recipe with amaretto and bourbon? Yeah.

When you bring amaretto into a drink you're almost always going to win, however, when you bring Bourbon into a drink you're going to almost always have a good time. So, the combination is a winner, with a dash of orange bitters and some club soda to lighten it up. This is a good bourbon cocktail for those that don't know how well they'll like bourbon.

Fall, Winter, or Summer nights, depending on your preference. The author says this is a winter drink outside (so we assume the south), for us in the north, perhaps a summer night drink.

Italian Girlfriend:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 4 dashes Orange Bitters
- Splash of Club Soda
