Carmel considering “no-knock” list for solicitors

The Carmel City Council is considering a proposal that would create a “no-knock” list If passed, residents would sign up with the Carmel Police Department and get a sticker to display outside their home and solicitors would have to check for addresses on the list before knocking on doors.
