Evidence in support of non-confidence motion in Prime Minister Trudeau

A letter to the representatives of Canada in the House of Commons, our Members of Parliament tasked with upholding the public interest in Government and achieving democratic legitimacy. I inform our MP's of a documented failure in the rule of law in the Canadian legal system culminating with the Minister of Justice enforcing the Emergencies Act upon Canadians knowing that his personal accountability was being called into question in the legal system and the Judge just didnt show up to Court to provide her decision. That day was Feb 14, 2024 when David Lametti dictated martial law, removing the oversight of Parliament from the conduct of the Executive who were already supporting their Judicial brethren in a breach of the Charter rights of Canadians. It's hardly fair and impartial justice if the Judiciary will side with lawyers over citizens, even on fraud on the court, no matter what the evidence we provide, including the transcript. Fraud is hardly fair and protecting the lawyer is definitely biased. A breach of the Charter by the Judiciary requires Parliament to provide the checks and balances required in our Constitutional Democracy.
