Blue Water Resort settles out of court after man has seizure and dies in hot tub.

Blue Water Resort, situated at 2001 S Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, has reached a settlement with the family of a Pennsylvania tourist who tragically drowned in their hot tub due to a seizure. As part of the agreement, both Blue Water Resort and their security contractor, Jade Security Inc, will collectively pay $300,000 to resolve the wrongful death lawsuit.
