The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe | Food Fusion

Ingredients
Flour 2 + ¼ cup
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Butter, melted 3/4 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
Castor sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 160 Degrees C.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Stir butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
Add in egg and egg yolk and vanilla extract to butter and sugar mixture, and stir to combine.
Add in chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
Refrigerate dough for 45 minutes.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
With the help of Scoop or hand, roll cookie dough into small balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Best Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready.
