Sounds like a Roberta Flack sample, but is actually a white English woman, Joanna Law, a jazz singer, singing the part with the Techno Music act, Way Out West. A stunning ballet performance by a very young dancer in Russia inspired me to create this film. Sadly for the dance world, soon after high school this promising young dancer Miko Fogarty decided to begin studying medicine, thus ending her dance conservatory schooling. This film actually highlights some of her best dances, ending with one of hear early competitions at the age of 12.

I would love to hear any feedback on this video, and also if the youngsters out there have heard the original, "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face," as recorded by Roberta Flack in the 1970's. The techno song seems to use a sample of Roberta Flack's recording, but in fact is a white, English jazz singer who worked and sang with the digital-musica group, Way Out West.

The song is In C-major. I converted into to 256hz reference pitch: C, the key of love, warmth, home & hearth.

God bless you all.
