ITALIAN FRIEND

The sweetness of vanilla, the bitters of grapefruit and red italian bitter liqueur start a friendship.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz CITRUSY GIN
15ml-0.50z ITALIAN RED BITTER LIQUEUR
30ml-1oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
15ml-0.5oz LEMON JUICE
15ml-0.5oz VANILLA SYRUP
1 EGG WHITE or other FOAMER

Shake all ingredients with ice. Shake wet first. Strain back to shaker and shake dry. Strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass.
