The Penguin Ep 4 – Pretty Good, BUT! - TV Review

Is it a bait and switch or the setup for a thrilling payoff? Episode 4 of The Penguin follows Sofia Falcone as she travels into the hell that is Arkham Asylum. It was a really good episode which genuinely had me engaged in Sofia's plight. But! I can't help but wonder if this is where The Penguin show becomes The Hangman show because Hollywood always needs a strong female character on full display.
