Russian paratroopers evacuate trophy AFU Kirpi armoured vehicle from battlefield

13.10 24 - Another trophy Turkish-made Kirpi armoured vehicle was delivered to the location of a guards air assault regiment from the border area of Kursk region by Airborne Troops' repair and evacuation unit.

🔎 The evacuation of the armoured vehicle took place in two stages. First, engineering reconnaissance actions of the evacuation area was carried out to ensure the safety of the military personnel and hardware used. The second stage was the actual operation to evacuate the armoured vehicle. The specialists replaced the wheels of the armoured vehicle under relentless enemy fire and transported it to the repair unit.

🛠 The armoured vehicle arrived to Russian soldiers with almost full ammunition and no critical damage.

Repair specialists replaced some elements of the electrical wiring and repaired damaged parts within a short period of time. In the future, a decision will be made on the use of the trophy hardware. Source
