Convicted felons, drug abusers, indigent, antifa, mentally or psychologically incompetent, and physically disabled.
All of these require a judge (maybe an administrative law judge, in the last three cases a doctor would actually be more appropriate) to decide that they are, in fact, exempt.
I don’t care if you like the videos or not, but share them; I’m not afraid of reasonable criticism (the best ideas actually came from those reasonable criticisms).
Had the Founders foreseen the future, they would have written a very different Second Amendment:
