Mr. H, Mrs. H, and little Baby Elana H are rolling up their sleeves and getting hands-on with beef and pork offcuts to create our very own sausages.

Armed with only the essentials—our trusty grinder, sausage stuffer, and a handful of simple seasonings like salt, pepper, and garlic—we’re tackling the age-old tradition of homemade sausage making. But we're not stopping there! After mixing, grinding, and stuffing these delicious links, we’ll take them to the next level by cold smoking them and cooking them to perfection on our Franklin Offset Stick Burner.

Will the H family’s first attempt at sausage making be a savory, smoky triumph, or will we run into a few kitchen mishaps along the way? You won’t want to miss this exciting journey as we learn, laugh, and (hopefully) enjoy some amazing homemade sausages at the end!
