Starting off my upper body day with a bandage warm-up! 💪 Assisted pull-ups are the perfect exercise to kickstart my workout and build up my strength. I'll be using this band to assist me, but I'm also challenging myself to do a set unassisted. It's important to constantly push ourselves and progress in our fitness journey.
