Russian forces have reportedly claimed control over Mykhailivka town as they advance towards Pokrovsk.

The Russian defence ministry claimed that nearly 17,000 Ukrainian troops were eliminated in the last 24 hours as 'difficult battles raged on' along the frontline in Donetsk region.

It also released a video showing Russian forces taking the Turkish-made Kirpi armoured vehicle from Kursk region as war trophy.
