I;m Speculating As To Why The Baron Crashed At Catalina Island!

Since the plane crashed to the right of the departure runway 22, that indicated to me, based on my training that the aircraft lost it's right engine, and the left engine pulled the plane to the right, if left rudder would have been applied that might very well have avoided the crash!
