Judge Rules in Lil Rod’s Evidence Review: What’s Admissible?

In this video, we see a crucial development in the YSL RICO trial involving Lil Rod (Rodalius Ryan), where the judge ruled on several pieces of Instagram evidence are admissible. The court decided to allow some of Lil Rod’s Instagram posts, which the prosecution claims show “gang language,” “identifiers,” and images of firearms, to be used in the trial. One key piece of evidence permitted is a video of Lil Rod flashing guns just days before the 2019 murder for which he was convicted. However, other similar content was excluded for being cumulative.
