Mortal Misguidance from the Federal Government- Part 1

The first portion of a 2-part series regarding the disastrous misguidance from the federal government in the wake of the September 11th catastrophe. To be clear, this series has nothing to do with the events of 9/11; its sole focus rests upon the actions of the federal government shortly thereafter.
