Brandon and I discuss Jess Franco's Count Dracula. This one starring Christopher Lee, Herbert Lom, and Klaus Kinski. Is this one closest to the novel? Well it is the first version of Dracula to feature the character of Quincy Morris played here by Jack Taylor. Herbert Lom also stars as Abraham Van Helsing. Lom starred as The Phantom in the Hammer Films production of The Phantom of the Opera. Klaus Kinski stars as Renfield before he took the title role of Dracula in Werner Herzog's remake of Nosferatu. Christopher Lee possibly gives his finest performance as Bram Stoker's legendary Count Dracula!

Plot: Count Dracula, a gray-haired vampire who regains his youth by dining on the blood of maidens, is pursued in London and Transylvania by Professor Van Helsing, Jonathan Harker and Quincey Morris after he victimizes them and their loved ones.
