Todays teaching is about about removing all reaction from the mind, let go of judgement, let go of meaning, listen from a feeling, feel the words speaking to your body.

What roles do you play in your life?

Are you a mother a farther? A son, a daughter, a brother, a sister?

We play the roles as friends, and change the way we are around different people

For this teaching, please close your eyes and feel the words. The aim is to remember the feeling in replace of the meaning. The meaning will come at the right time.

Make sense of it when the thought springs to mind

Your feeling is the truth, your truth is your soul, your soul is your feelings
