200g Chorizo
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
Olive oil
1 Tsp Msg
1 Tbsp fish sauce
500ml Fish stock
1 Tbsp Honey
Salt
¼ Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Chilli (Red eye)
1 Onion large
1 Tbsp garlic paste
1 Tbsp onion powder
100 ml white wine
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
3 Bayleafs
350 ml Tomato passata
